Refund Policy

The services offered by The Development Technologies & Systems Corporation (DTSC) may involve payments for consultancy, digital solutions, training programs, or online/offline services. This Refund Policy governs such payments.

1. General Policy

Payments made for services are generally non-refundable, as they are linked to planning, execution, and resource allocation.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

    Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
  • Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
  • Services not delivered as per agreed written terms.
  • Erroneous deductions from your account beyond the invoiced amount.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction.
  • A written request with proof of payment should be sent to Email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.

4. Training/Program Fees

Once enrolled in a training or program, fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in case of program cancellation by DTSC.
